We shape and transform the physical space
The Tamper Evident Plastic Closure has been specially developed for 750ml, 375ml and 180ml bottles keeping in sync with the need felt by the liquor industry. There are two types of closures-One is a 5 parts closure consisting of a body tube, over the cap, inner cap, washer and valve. These parts are moulded separately and machine assembled. Before assembly, the body tube is artistically printed with the name and logo of the product. The tamper-evident ring is on the inner cap which goes inside the top cap and is then press-fitted on the body tube. The cap top is either embossed or pad printed with crest and all statutory requirements.
Magic Moments 59MM & NIP Cap
The second type of cap also comes in three sizes bottle-750ml, 375ml and 180ml. This cap is a single cap made of engineering plastic i.e. ABS. A specific bottleneck is designed for these closures which match the inner surface of the closure.
Note: The moulds required for manufacturing these caps are complicated in design and their manufacturing involves high precision. The decoration machines are unique in terms of high-speed printing with excellent registration effects.
